  • ATM – The Next Step

    03 August 2016

We are delighted to announce that on Friday 29th July, ATM was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary of DBi Services.

This is a strategic acquisition by DBi Services in its current and future plans to expand its UK operations and also to diversify the portfolio of services offered to existing and new clients.

DBi services UK currently employs 120 staff from 4 operational depots with a national geographical spread, providing infrastructure maintenance services to a wide range of clients.  DBI will operate the ATM business from its current location under the well known ATM name for the foreseeable future until an eventual transition into the DBi group.  Under its new ownership, ATM will continue to offer its wide ranging quality service provision to existing and new customers and in turn compliment DBi Services in offering this wider range of services to its own existing and future client base.

This development represents great opportunities for all employees, suppliers, subcontractors and providers in supporting this exciting period of growth and expansion.

John LeFante, Vice President of Operations for the International Business Unit of DBi Services announced

“The acquisition of ATM is a very strategic acquisition for DBi Services and a great opportunity to diversify our services throughout the UK and continue to grow into new markets,”. “DBi Services is excited to welcome the employees of ATM into the DBi Family.”

DBi Services is headquartered in Hazleton, PA, in the USA.  Founded in 1978 by Neal and Paul DeAngelo, DBi Services has a worldwide network of over 50 locations and 1500 employees, providing infrastructure maintenance, management and operations solutions to government agencies, railways, utilities and private industries.
